Horizon Structures

During the Summer of 2024, I worked as a Graphic Design Intern for Horizon Structures, located in Atglen, PA. I worked with the Marketing team to create and edit social media videos, re-design their YouTube channel, update the website, edit product images, and promote their company through various digital and print materials.


I got hired full time in January 2025, after completing my degree, and have since been working in the email marketing space, creating webpages, managing social media accounts, and have worked with their other sister companies; Stoltzfus Structures, Hunting Plots, and 12 Point Hunting Blinds.

Horizon Structures

Horizon Structures is a family-owned company specializing in Amish-built prefabricated horse barns, dog kennels, greenhouses, and chicken coops.

Social Media

I started managing Horizon Structures' social media channels in the beginning of 2026, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube. This consisted of posting on a consistent schedule, mixing image posts with interactive reels.

Digital Ads/Flyers

Most o Horizon Structures' ads and flyers were for horse events, so featuring barn images, content, any special promotions and generic company contact information was present on almost every publication.

Email Marketing



I have worked in Salesforce Marketing Cloud email system to create monthly horse barn focused and kennel focused emails. I have also update the previous chicken coop welcome journey and create a sauna welcome journey..

Website Updates



Working in Wordpress, I have done image and text updates, as well as new page designs. Major web redesigns have occurred to the chicken coop and dog kennel categories.

Hunting Plots focuses

Layout

I chose a black-and-white color palette so I could portray the high quality associated with sports cars with the pops of color that would be shown through the car images.


I chose images that had been taken by myself or by friends from their cars so I could have a wide variety of models and colors, as well as charts and historical graphs.
